SPOTLIGHT STAGE

The Spotlight Stage will once again feature engaging content, important updates, and fast-paced short speeches directly for the audience. Join our mailing list to find out how to apply for a spot. 

Additionally, the Spotlight Stage will serve as the platform for live streaming the plenary sessions directly from the auditorium throughout all three days.

MEETING HUB

The Meeting Hub offers designated pods for small meetings. To reserve a pod prior to the event, you can connect with other delegates via the delegate directory and arrange a meeting. Please note, you can only do this if you have already registered and have opted in. 

There will also be pods available to book onsite during the event.

The Meeting Hub is located on Floor 0.

SMALL BUSINESS ZONE

The Small Business Zone is a great place to connect and engage with leading small businesses, micro-SMEs, and start-ups, which all make significant contributions to the industry.

INNOVATION ZONE

The Innovation Zone serves as the conference's central hub for highlighting cutting-edge research, technology, innovation, and skills. This is where all the launches and press moments take place, making it a focal point of the event.

POSTER ZONE

This area highlights the significance of sharing knowledge and development of space technologies. There will be a display of the latest posters and content related to Space Placements in Industry (SPIN).

SPINtern POSTERS will be open to view at 09:15 - 10:00 and 10:30 - 11:15 on Wednesday, and POSTERS will be available to view from 13:00 Wednesday until 16:00 Thursday.

The Poster Zone is located on Floor 0.

OUTREACH

The Outreach programme aims to educate and inspire local students about the Space sector during all three days of the conference.
