Harriet Kennedy is the Head of Education and Future Workforce in UK Space Agency. She was previously Head of Space Agency Strategy and Local Growth Strategic Delivery Lead in UKSA, and has specialised in science policy and strategy across Government and Parliament.

Harriet started her career in STEM academia and science policy research, publishing multiple papers in the British Medical Journal. She is particularly passionate about equal and better access to STEM for everyone, whether in the classroom or career. Harriet is a member of the Women in Aerospace association, contributing to initiatives on the skills gap and gender pay gap.
