Gerald Buller is a Professor of Physics at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. Gerald is the Principal Investigator of both the EPSRC Quantum Technology Hub in Quantum Communications and the EPSRC SPEXS Programme Grant. His interests are the physics and applications of single-photon technology, including quantum communications, quantum-enhanced imaging and novel single-photon detectors for the short-wave infrared.
