Kate Robson Brown is Director of the Jean Golding Institute for Data Science and Professor of Engineering Mathematics and Biological Anthropology at the University of Bristol. She is co-Chair of UK Space Academic Network, previously Chair of the UK Space Life and Biomedical Sciences Association, and a member of the Space Partnership Board. She is a member of the Royal Society Perspectives in Space programme, and the IAASS team drafting a new Human Research Programme for Civilians in Space. She has two experiments with ESA in progress (ESA EMA Programme on the ISS, and IBPER at GSI) and is a member of two ESA Topical Teams, and the ESA Human and Robotic Exploration Directorate Science Strategy Group.
