Peter Trussell is the Future Workforce Lead at the UK Space Agency, responsible for partnering with experts in industry, academia, and across government to provide a skilled workforce for the growing UK space sector. Prior to joining the UK Space Agency, Peter held numerous HR and L&D positions at the Cabinet Office and Rolls-Royce and has experience across the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, retention, induction, training and development, workforce planning and voluntary and mandatory redundancy.
