Peter is responsible for activities across the UK Space Agency’s strategic workforce planning and talent cycle, including workforce analysis, strategic planning, talent management and development, early career provision, secondments, and succession planning. Peter previously worked in the Agency’s Education and Future Workforce Team, where he partnered with experts in industry, academia, and across government to provide a skilled workforce for the growing UK space sector. Prior to joining the UK Space Agency, Peter gained experience across the employee lifecycle through various HR roles at both the Cabinet Office and Roll-Royce plc.
