Frankie has been a tax partner in KPMG Belfast for over 16 years and has 30 years experience advising on a wide client base across all sector specialisms including manufacturing, aviation, property and financial services.

Over the past few years Frankie has been a leading adviser on all indirect tax issues relating to Brexit, the NI Protocol and Windsor Framework. He advises clients on the related supply chain implications arising from the Windsor Framework and Brexit in general. He is a member of the Northern Ireland Business Brexit Working Group which has had an influential role in representing business interests in relation to Brexit changes.
