Allen Antrobus has worked in the space sector since 2007 in several roles spanning defence, civil and commercial segments. He specialised in space situational awareness and led operations at RAF Fylingdales and was the Chief of the Air Staff’s space advisor. After leaving regular service, Allen led the UK’s input into the EU’s Space Surveillance and Tracking programme for a few years before leaving to work within the commercial sector; he is currently employed by Serco. As a civilian, Allen has supported both the RAF and Space Command at the Schriever Wargames. Allen remains an Auxiliary officer with the No 600 (City of London) Squadron where he supports UK Space Command and the MOD. Additionally, Allen is Visiting Fellow at Plymouth University and provides a number of lectures that focus on space domain awareness, deterrence, and space and the maritime environment.
