Kelly is the Sector Development Manager for Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering and the Space Sector Lead for Invest NI, Northern Ireland's business development agency. Kelly has worked extensively with Northern Ireland's aerospace and defence cluster, to develop collaboration, innovation and increased internationalisation of its supply chain. In recent years Kelly led a Programme which focused on identifying new sectoral opportunities for NI's aerospace suppliers as they recovered from the impact of the Covid pandemic. She is taking the learnings from this work to grow and develop the emerging Northern Ireland Space cluster and works closely with industry and NI Space.
