Northern Ireland has a vibrant communications sector, a closely allied cyber security sector and world-leading research in advanced wireless networks. While appreciating that telecoms policy is a reserved matter, there is a feeling amongst industry that something must be done to ensure Northern Ireland as a region is not left behind as technological advances that require better connectivity are adopted throughout the rest of the UK. This panel discussion will highlight the findings of our recent research, the future possibilities, and a roadmap to get us there.
