Jess Fell is the Head of International Relations at the UK Space Agency where she oversees the agency’s programmes, activities and engagements with international components and leads delivery of the International Bilateral Fund - focused on supporting the UK space sector to work directly with international partners. She was previously Head of Policy for the International Committee of the Red Cross in London. Before that she spent around a decade working on international affairs for the FCDO (with postings in Lebanon and Mali) and the UK Cabinet Office.
