Dallas is the head of Analysys Mason's Space Infrastructure research programme, covering satellite manufacturing, launch, and emerging space infrastructure and services. Prior to this, Dallas obtained an MSc in space studies from the International Space University, and completed an internship at NASA's Johnson Space Center. There, he led project teams on human space exploration, spacecraft thermal design, mission planning, policy and regulatory contracting. Dallas also graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences from York University, Canada. His studies have provided him with a rigorous technological background that he combines with the interdisciplinary and international perspective from his more recent experience.
