Dr. Arnold Agaba is a Ugandan-born lawyer and academic holding a PhD and LLM in Air and Space Law from McGill University, an LLM in US Legal System from the University of Cincinnati, an LLB from Uganda Christian University, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. He lectures at McGill University and at universities in Uganda. He is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society, where he chairs the Air and Space Law Committee. He Chairs the McGill Research Group on Air and Space Law in Africa.
